Rachel Pattinson manages the Vital North Partnership between Newcastle University and Seven Stories: The National Centre for Children’s Books, supported by Arts Council England. The partners share the ambition that Newcastle becomes a centre for excellence in children’s literature – for collections, research, teaching, engagement and excellence in professional practice. Rachel provides project management, development, co-ordination and communications to facilitate the Partnership’s work.
