Hilary O’Shaughnessy Producer

Hilary leads a team of producers at Watershed in Bristol who develop and deliver Watershed’s Research partnerships and programmes including (SWCTN) South West Creative Technology Network and Clusters (Bristol and Bath Creative R and D). She holds an overview of the Research programme supporting and facilitating research activity across the Watershed Creative Team. She continues to develop the International Playable City programme, an international programme which ranges from Nigeria to Tokyo.

Her background spans theatre, game and interaction design both as performer, producer and designer. Most recently, she created Prototype Festival of Play and Interaction in Dublin.

Previously, Hilary led on Being There, a three-year EPSRC funded project, which brought creative practitioners, technologists and academics together to explore how cutting-edge robotics can enable people to participate in public spaces, as a place to meet and share ideas.
